Core Two-Sided Marketplace Architecture Capabilities
- Escrow, Milestone Releases & Split Payouts (Stripe Connect / Adyen for Platforms): Holding buyer funds safely during service delivery, calculating dynamic platform take-rates, and automating 1099-K / DAC7 tax reporting and multi-currency vendor payouts.
- Real-Time In-Platform Messaging & Anti-Circumvention Guardrails: Building WebSocket chat rooms with file sharing, quote cards, and AI/regex detection of off-platform phone/email leakage before milestone funding.
- AI Liquidity & Supply-Demand Matching: Ranking providers by geospatial radius (PostGIS), calendar availability, historical completion rate, and semantic skill/product fit (`pgvector`).
